1. About Our Trading Service

NairaCardX is an independent gift card exchange service that helps users sell supported gift cards and receive payment in Nigerian Naira after successful verification.

2. How Trading Works

Our standard trading process is simple:

Step 2: Send Card Information

You provide the gift card type, card value, country or region, receipt status, and other required details.

Step 3: Get Today’s Rate

Our team checks the card category and provides the current exchange rate in Nigerian Naira.

Step 4: Confirm the Trade

You decide whether to continue with the trade after seeing the rate.

Step 5: Verification

We verify the card details. Verification must be completed before payment is made.

Step 6: Payment

If the card is successfully verified, payment is sent to your provided Nigerian bank account or agreed payment method.


3. Gift Card Rates

Gift card rates are not fixed. Rates may change at any time based on market conditions.

Once payment has been sent to the details provided by the customer, the trade may be considered completed.


7. Cards We Do Not Accept

NairaCardX does not accept gift cards that are:

  • Already used or redeemed
  • Invalid or inactive
  • Stolen or unauthorized
  • Fake or duplicated
  • Obtained through scams, fraud, or illegal activity
  • Connected to fake receipts
  • Linked to chargebacks or suspicious disputes
  • Edited, unclear, or manipulated in image form
  • Submitted by someone who is not the rightful owner
  • Different from the information provided by the customer

If a card fails verification, NairaCardX may reject the trade and refuse payment.


8. Fraud Prevention

Gift card trading can involve risk. To protect our customers and our platform, NairaCardX takes fraud prevention seriously.

We may stop, delay, or reject a transaction if we detect:

  • Suspicious card origin
  • Multiple failed submissions
  • Inconsistent information
  • Fake receipts
  • Repeated use of the same card
  • Card details linked to scams or illegal activity
  • Attempts to pressure our team before verification is complete
  • Any behavior that appears dishonest or unsafe

NairaCardX may refuse future service to users involved in suspicious or prohibited activity.


9. No Guaranteed Approval

Submitting a gift card does not mean the card will be accepted.

NairaCardX reserves the right to reject any card if it does not meet our verification standards or if we believe there is a risk of fraud, dispute, loss, or legal issue.

We do not guarantee:

  • That every card will be accepted
  • That every rate will remain available
  • That every transaction will be completed
  • That verification will always be instant
  • That payment will be made before verification

10. Completed Trades

A trade is considered completed when:
